We went on a camping trip with my family a couple days ago and were able to stay in these beautiful mountains for a few days....we had so much fun I don't think either one of us wanted to come home! We did a little hiking, four wheeling, games, and of course a ton of fishing! Me and Jesse actually fished in a teeny tiny blow up boat just to get to some of the better holes on some of the lakes....oh it was hilarious I was laughing so hard at ourselves I probably scared away most of the fish, but we looked so dang ridiculous I couldn't help but laugh... tying to cast your pole was a trick in and of itself :)I will have to get a pic from my sis to show ya'll!
One of the funnest parts of camping for me is to see the wildlife....we get up early in the mornings to start our hikes and it always amazes me how much wildlife we see up there..... me and Jesse took this picture on our way back to camp from the store...we happened to see a lot of elk while we were up there....lets just hope that the wolves don't change that for us next year! I think I would be perfectly content living in a place like this... its just beautimous!
SMORES! SMORES! and more SMORES! gotta love them!
Me and my sis sitting by the campfire getting ready to eat yummy tin foil dinners!

Finally got to the lake on four wheelers....mind you we just ate dust for an hour or so....Poor Jesse....I think he was missing his motorcycle the whole hour....he claims he would have flew past the four of five riders in front of the family going a turtle speed of 6mph...I think everyone was hoping they would pull over and let us pass but we were wrong....instead they kindly decided to feed us there dust for 45 min.!! Thanks to Matt and Miss....for making the first bold passing move on the narrow road....flew past them in their own little brown fluffy cloud of dust allowing everyone else to follow! :)

Here are a few pictures of some of the places that we hiked too! My dad I think wins the award for the best mountain man!....that guy should be a mountain goat! Steep mountain sides don't seem to phase him at all, he is like the energizer bunny that just keeps going!
