I had the opportunity to go to a dental seminar in Seattle this last weekend. I went with both doctors and one other assistant. Our office recently purchased a cerec machine ( a machine that makes all ceramic restorations.) so we flew to Seattle to go to the cerec training seminar to learn more about it....very neat machine! I learned tons and had fun, but missed my husband very much! It snowed on us the entire stay....tons and tons of fluffy white snow....so I was glad to have packed my coat with me:) I was in classes most of the stay, but we did get to drive around the very last day and I was able to see the space needle up close and go to a popular market called "Pike's Place Market" which was kind of neat to see. We arrived an hour or two before closing so I didn't get to do much exploring, but I was able to take a few pictures that I wanted to share with everyone.

This is a picture of the ocean that I took right outside of Pike's Place Market.
I could not believe all of the shrimp and king crab...they were HUGE...the first thing I thought of was my husband...he would have loved to eat this!!...He is a big seafood fan....me...not so much:)
This picture does not do justice to how massive these fish were...there eyeballs were like the size of quarters...they would have fed an army of starving men...they were huge!

This market sold buckets and buckets of flowers....they were absolutely gorgeous....you could pick whatever flowers you want and have a bouquet made for a very reasonable price...all of these flower shops helped a little with the fishy smell:)
